The Driver’s Club Rules
1.1 Safety is our top priority. All members must obey traffic laws, wear seat belts, and drive responsibly during club events and activities.
1.2 Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles during club events and activities.
1.3 Vehicles participating in club events must be properly registered, insured, and maintained in good working condition.
1.4 Participants must follow the designated route and stay within event guidelines.
1.5 Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during club events and activities. Any member found under the influence will be immediately removed from the event and may face legal repercussions.
1.6 All members must treat each other with respect and dignity. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.
1.7 Members are responsible for their own actions and property during club events and activities. The club and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, deaths, or property damage that may occur during such events and activities.
1.8 Membership in the club may be terminated at any time for violating these rules or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
1.9 Any member that performs any action related to reckless driving, including but not limited to; "burning" tires, crossing double yellows, inciting other drivers to a speed contest, will be immediately removed from the event and membership status.
2. Updates to Rules
2.1 The Club Rules may change in the future at any time at the discretion of The Driver’s Club’s management. The Driver’s Club will communicate any changes to club rules via our website or by other means of communication.
